Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Hammad ibn âIsa from Hariz from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: âI once asked one of the two Imam, (abu Jaâfar or abu âAbd Allah), âAlayhim al-Salam, about the case of a man who divorced his wife three times; then another man formed Mutâah with her if thereafter she can become lawful for him.
He (the Imam) said, âNo, it ( Mutâah ) is not enough.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/183))
