A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Nasr from âAbd al-Karim from al-Hassan al-Sayqal who has said the following: âThis is concerning my question before abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who divorces his wife as such that thereafter he cannot marry her without her marriage with another man but a man marries her in the manner of Mutâah; if thereafter he can marry her.
He (the Imam) said, âNo, until she enters into what is similar to what from which she has come out.ââ Ø´ÙÙر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (20/183))
