Al-Kāfi - The Book of Marriage Chapter: Al-Mut‘ah (advantageous marriage) Is Not Permissible With Non-Chaste Women َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َحْبُوبٍ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ أَبِي ٠َ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) أَنَّهُ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْ٠ُتْعَةِ فَقَالَ إِنَّ الْ٠َا كَانَتْ قَبْلَ الْيَوْ٠ِ إِنَّهُنَّ كُنَّ يَوْ٠َنَّ فَاسْأَلُوا عَنْهُنَّ.
