5.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from âAbd Allah ibn Muhammad Ibn Abi âUmayr from Hisham ibn Salim who has said the following: âI once asked him (the Imam) (a.s.), about how al-Mutâah (advantageous marriage) is formed?â He (the Imam) said that you must say, âO female servant of Allah, I marry you for so and so many days for such and such amount of dirham as mahr (dower).â When the days pass her divorce is her condition and she does not need waiting period.ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (0/238))
