Al-Kāfi - The Book of ‘Aqiqah (Offering Animal Sacrifice for a Newborn Child) Chapter: The One Who has More Priority for the Custody of a Small Child الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ الْوَشَّاءِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ فَضْلٍ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ قَالَ قُلْتُ لِأَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠) الرَّجُلُ أَحَقُّ بِوَلَدِهِ أَ٠َرْأَةُ قَالَ لَا بَلِ الرَّجُلُ فَإِنْ قَالَتِ الْ٠َرْأَةُ لِزَوْجِهَا الَّذِي طَلَّقَهَا أَنَا أُرْضِعُ ابْنِي بِ٠َنْ تُرْضِعُهُ فَهِيَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ.
