8.Muhammad ibn Jaâfar abu al-â Abbas has narrated from Ayyub ibn Nuh from Safwan from Yaâqub ibn Shuâayb who has said that I heard abu Basir saying the following: âI once asked abu Jaâfar (a.s.), about the case of a woman who is not divorced according to Sunnah and said that they are a family and no one knows them. He (the Imam) said, âIt does not have any valid effect.ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/101))
