2.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn âIsmaâil ibn Baziâ from Muhammad ibn al-Fudayl from abu al- Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âDivorce of a pregnant woman is once and her waiting period is the closest of the two periods, (that is, childbirth or three months).ââ جÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/139))
