3.Flumayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from al-Hassan ibn Muhammad ibn Samaâah from âAbd Allah ibn Jabalah and Jaâfar ibn Samaâah from Jamil from âIsmaâil al-Juâfiy âIsmaâil who has said the following: âAbu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âDivorce of a pregnant woman is one and when she gives birth to what is inside her, she becomes stranger to him.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (21/139))
