Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Divorce of a Pregnant Woman ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي نَصْرٍ عَنْ جَ٠َاعِيلَ الْجُعْفِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلا٠) قَالَ طَلَاقُ الْحَا٠ِلِ وَاحِدَةٌ فَإِذَا وَضَعَتْ ٠َا فِي بَطْنِهَا فَقَدْ بَانَتْ ٠5.

A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from ibn abu Nasr from Jamil from ’Isma‘il al-Ju‘fiy who has said the following: “Abu Ja‘far (a.s.), has said, ‘Divorce of a pregnant woman is one and when she gives birth she become stranger to him.’” شهور - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (21/140))
