Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Divorce of a Pregnant Woman عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عُ٠َّادٍ عَنِ الْحَلَبِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠) قَالَ طَلَاقُ الْحُبْلَى وَاحِدَةٌ وَ أَجَلُهَا أَنْ تَضَعَ حَ٠ْلَهَا وَ هُوَ أَقْرَبُ الْأَجَلَيْنِ. 8.

Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi ‘Umayr from Hammad from al-Halabiy who has said the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘Divorce of a pregnant woman is one and her waiting period ends with childbirth if it is the nearer of the two.’” حسن - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (1/140))
