A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad and Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Nasr from âAbd al-Karim from abu Basir who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who divorces his wife with whom he has not gone to bed.
He (the Imam) said, âShe becomes stranger to him and she can marry in the same hour after divorce/â ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/142))
