Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Samaâah from âAbd Allah ibn Jabalah from Ishaq ibn âAmmar from âIsmaâil al-Juâfiy who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man who divorces his wife, abu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âHe has the right to go back to her until she experiences Hayd (menses) for the third time after divorce.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (21/150))
