2.A number of our people have narrated from Sahl ibn Ziyad from ibn abu Nasr from Dawud ibn Sarhan who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âWaiting period for a divorced woman is three Hayd (menses)-free periods or three months if she does not experience Hayd (menses).ââ Humayd has narrated from ibn Samaâah from Jaâfar ibn Samaâah from Dawud ibn Sarhan from abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), a similar Hadith.
