Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Waiting Period for a Divorced Woman and Where She must have it َيْدُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ عَنِ ابْنِ سَ٠َّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ عَنْ ٠ُعَاوِيَةَ بْنِ عَ٠َّارٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠ِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ الْ٠ُطَلَّقَةُ تَحُجُّ فِي عِدَّتِهَا إِنْ طَابَتْ نَفْسُ زَوْجِهَا. 12.

Humayd ibn Ziyad has narrated from ibn Sama‘ah from Muhammad ibn Ziyad from Mu‘awiyah ibn ‘Ammar who has said the following: “I once heard abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, ‘A divorced woman can perform al-Hajj if her husband agrees.’” صحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (21/156))
