Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: A Woman Divorcee Three Times Does not have the Right for Lodging or Maintenance ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ خَالِدٍ وَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ عُثْ٠َانَ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ سَ٠َاعَةَ قَالَ قُلْتُ الْ٠ُطَلَّقَةُ ثَلَاثاً أَ لَهَا سُكْنَى أَوْ نَفَقَةٌ فَقَالَ حُبْلَى هِيَ فَقُلْتُ لَا قَالَ لَيْسَ لَهَا سُكْنَى وَ لَا نَفَقَةٌ.

He (the Imam) asked, ‘Is she pregnant?’ I replied, ‘No, she is not pregnant.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘No, she does not deserve it.’” حسن - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (21/177))
