Al-Kāfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: The Rights of a Divorced Woman of mahr (dower) with Whom He has not Gone to Bed َدَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ سُوَيْدٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِ٠َانَ عَنْ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠) فِي رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ ا٠ْهَرَهَا أَبَاهَا وَ قِي٠ٍ عَلَى أَنْ تُعْطِيَهُ أَلْفَ دِرْهَ٠َّ طَلَّقَهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ يَدْخُلَ بِهَا قَالَ لَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا شَيْ‏ءٌ.

His price is five hundred dirham; then he divorces before going to bed with her.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘She does not owe anything to him.’” جهول - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (1/183))
