5.Muhammad ibn Ahmad has narrated from Ali ibn al-Hakam from al-âAlaâ ibn Razin from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has narrated the following: âAbu Jaâfar (a.s.) has said, âIf a man divorces his wife when he is absent he must appoint witnesses.
