Al-KÄfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: The Divorced Woman Whose Husband is Absent Commences Her âIddah (waiting period) from the Day She is Divorced عÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠إÙبÙرÙاÙÙÙ٠٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠ابÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙ ÙÙصÙر٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠اÙÙØÙسÙÙ٠اÙرÙÙضÙا ( عÙÙ٠اÙسÙا٠) ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙ٠اÙÙÙ ÙØ·ÙÙÙÙÙÙة٠إÙØ°Ùا ÙÙا٠Ùت٠اÙÙبÙÙÙÙÙÙة٠أÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙد٠طÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙا Ù ÙÙÙØ°Ù ÙÙØ°Ùا ÙÙ ÙÙØ°Ùا ÙÙÙÙاÙÙت٠عÙدÙÙتÙÙÙا ÙÙد٠اÙÙÙÙضÙت٠ÙÙÙÙد٠بÙاÙÙتÙ.
6.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Nasr who has narrated the following: âAbu al-Hassan al-Ridaâ (a.s.), has said, âIf proof is established that she was divorced on such and such date which proves the expiration of her âIddah (waiting period) she becomes a stranger for him.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (21/190))
