Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn âIsmaâil from Muhammad ibn al-Fudayl abu al-Sabbah al-Kinaniy who has said the following: âAbout the case of a woman whose husband dies and who is absent, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âHer waiting period begins from the day she is informed, regardless, there is proving evidence or not.ââ Ø¬ÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (21/191))
