Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from âUbayd ibn Zurarah who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who marries a woman but has not gone to bed with her.
He (the Imam) said, âIf he or she dies or he divorces her, she deserves one- half of the mahr (dower), complete inheritance and must count complete waiting period.ââ ÙØ«Ù ÙاÙصØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (21/203))
