7.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from Jamil ibn Darraj from abu al-âAbbas who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âIf a man divorces his wife during his illness she inherits his legacy as long as it is in his illness even if her waiting period ends unless he gets well from that illness.â I then asked, âWhat happens if the illness prolongs?â He (the Imam) said, âIt is up to one year.ââ Øس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (21/208))
