Al-KÄfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) ÙÙد٠بÙÙÙ ÙÙØÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙØÙÙ ÙÙد٠بÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙسÙÙÙÙ٠جÙÙ ÙÙعا٠عÙÙ٠ابÙÙÙ ÙÙضÙÙاÙ٠عÙÙ٠ابÙÙ٠بÙÙÙÙÙر٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠عÙبÙد٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙ ( عÙÙ٠اÙسÙا٠ÙØ«ÙÙÙÙÙ.عÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠إÙبÙرÙاÙÙÙ٠٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠ابÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠عÙÙ ÙÙÙر٠عÙÙ٠بÙعÙض٠رÙجÙاÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠عÙبÙد٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙ ( عÙÙ٠اÙسÙا٠) ÙÙاÙÙ [ÙÙا] ÙÙجÙÙز٠طÙÙÙاÙ٠اÙصÙÙبÙÙÙ٠إÙØ°Ùا بÙÙÙغ٠عÙØ´Ùر٠سÙÙÙÙÙÙ.
5.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from certain persons of his people who has said the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that divorce by a child is [not] permissible when he becomes ten years old.â رس٠- Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/212))
