Al-KÄfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Divorce by a Speechless Man عÙÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØ¨ÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ Ø¥ÙØ³ÙÙ ÙØ±ÙÙØ§Ø±Ù عÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙØ³Ù ÙÙÙ Ø±ÙØ¬ÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØ®ÙØ±ÙØ³Ù ÙÙØªÙب٠ÙÙ٠اÙÙØ£ÙØ±ÙØ¶Ù Ø¨ÙØ·ÙÙÙØ§ÙÙ Ø§Ù ÙØ±ÙØ£ÙØªÙÙÙ ÙÙØ§ÙÙ Ø¥ÙØ°Ùا ÙÙØ¹ÙÙ٠ذÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ ÙÙØ¨ÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ·ÙÙÙÙØ±Ù Ø¨ÙØ´ÙÙÙÙØ¯Ù ÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙ ÙØ«ÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙ ÙÙØ±ÙÙØ¯Ù Ø§ÙØ·ÙÙÙÙØ§ÙÙ Ø¬ÙØ§Ø²Ù Ø·ÙÙÙØ§ÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³ÙÙÙÙÙØ©Ù.
4.Ali has narrated from his father from âIsmaâil ibn Marrar from Yunus from a speechless man who wrote on the ground the divorce for his wife. He (the Imam) (a.s.), said, âIf he has done so during a Hayd (menses)-free period in the presence of witnesses and it is understood from him as it is understood from people like him who decide to divorce, his divorce is permissible according to Sunnah.
