Al-KÄfi - The Book of Talaq (Divorces) Chapter: Divorce by a Speechless Man عÙÙÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠إÙسÙÙ ÙرÙÙار٠عÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙس٠ÙÙ٠رÙجÙÙ٠أÙØ®ÙرÙس٠ÙÙتÙب٠ÙÙ٠اÙÙØ£ÙرÙض٠بÙØ·ÙÙÙاÙ٠ا٠ÙرÙØ£ÙتÙÙÙ ÙÙاÙ٠إÙØ°Ùا ÙÙعÙÙÙ Ø°ÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ ÙÙبÙÙ٠اÙØ·ÙÙÙÙر٠بÙØ´ÙÙÙÙد٠ÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙ ÙØ«ÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙ ÙÙرÙÙد٠اÙØ·ÙÙÙÙاÙ٠جÙاز٠طÙÙÙاÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ٠اÙسÙÙÙÙÙØ©Ù.
4.Ali has narrated from his father from âIsmaâil ibn Marrar from Yunus from a speechless man who wrote on the ground the divorce for his wife. He (the Imam) (a.s.), said, âIf he has done so during a Hayd (menses)-free period in the presence of witnesses and it is understood from him as it is understood from people like him who decide to divorce, his divorce is permissible according to Sunnah.
