10.Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Muâallaâ ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali from Hammad ibn âUthaman who has said the following: About the case of a manâs 7/aâ (swearing) abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that if he refuses to divorce âAmir al-Muâminin has said, that an enclosure of reeds must be made for him and to keep him there without food and drink until he agrees to divorce.ââ Ø´ÙÙر - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (21/224))
