30.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from Ibn Abi âUmayr from âUmar ibn âUdhaynah from Zurarah who has said the following: âI once asked abu â Abd Allah (a.s.), about the case of a man who expresses the statement of al-Zihar about his wife, then goes to bed with her before paying expiation. He (the Imam) said, âIs it not the way a faqih (scholar of law) man does? 5 â ØØ³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/265))
