Chapter: Hunting Dog and Cheetah ÙÙد٠بÙÙÙ ÙÙØÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙØÙÙ ÙعÙاÙÙÙÙة٠بÙÙÙ ØÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙاÙÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙضÙرÙÙ ÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠دÙرÙÙاج٠ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙÙÙت٠ÙÙØ£ÙبÙ٠عÙبÙد٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙ ( عÙÙ٠اÙسÙا٠) Ø£ÙرÙسÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙÙÙب٠Ù٠أÙسÙÙ ÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙصÙÙد٠ÙÙ ÙÙÙÙس٠٠Ùا Ø£ÙØ°ÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ ÙÙاÙ٠دÙعÙÙÙ ØÙتÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙتÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙ ÙÙÙÙ.
17.Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muâawiyah ibn Hakim from abu Malik al-Hadramiy from Jamil ibn Darraj who has said the following: âI once asked abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), about my sending a dog to hunt and after mentioning the name of Allah, when I have nothing with me to slaughter the prey.
He (the Imam) said, âAllow the dog to kill the prey, then you can use it for food.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/341))
