7.Abu Ali al-Ashâariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn âAbd al-Jabbar from ibn Faddal from Ahmad ibn âUmar from âAbd Allah ibn Sinan who has said the following: âAbout the case of a man who hits a prey with a stone or clay-ball and kills it; if he can use it for food, he (the Imam) said, âDo not eat it.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (1/353))
