Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Sinan from Musa ibn Bukayr who has said the following: âAbu al-Hassan, al-Awwal (a.s.), has said, âHelp descends on a people proportionate to their needs.
