Al-Kāfi - The Book of Drinks

َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ ٠َدَ عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ يَزِيدَ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَقْطِينٍ عَنْ عَ٠ْرِو بْنِ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ خَلَفِ بْنِ حَ٠ِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلا٠) يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى وَ نَزَّلْنا ٠ُبارَكاً قَالَ لَيْسَ ٠َاءٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ إِلَّا وَ قَدْ خَالَطَهُ ٠1.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn Ahmad from Ya’qub ibn Yazid from Ali ibn Yaqtin from ‘Amr ibn Ibrahim from Khalaf ibn Hammad from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has said the following: “I once heard abu Ja‘far (a.s.), saying that the Messenger of Allah, O Allah, grant compensation to Muhammad and his family worthy of their services to Your cause, about the meaning of the words of Allah, most High, ‘...We sent blessed water from the sky.’ (50:9) has said, there is no water on earth with which water of the sky is not mixed.’” جهول - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (22/239))
