Chapter: Wine is Prohibited because of its Effects; whatever has an Effect as the Effect of Wine, it is Wine ÙÙد٠بÙÙÙ ÙÙØÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙØÙÙ ÙÙد٠عÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙسÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙØ·ÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙØ®ÙÙÙ٠اÙÙØÙسÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙØ·ÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙØ·ÙÙÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙبÙ٠اÙÙØÙسÙÙ٠اÙÙÙ ÙاضÙÙ ( عÙÙ٠اÙسÙا٠) ÙÙاÙ٠إÙÙÙ٠اÙÙÙÙÙ٠عÙزÙÙ Ù٠جÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ ÙÙÙا ÙÙ ÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ ØÙرÙÙÙ ÙÙÙا ÙÙعÙاÙÙبÙتÙÙÙا ÙÙÙ Ùا ÙÙاÙ٠عÙاÙÙبÙتÙÙ٠عÙاÙÙبÙة٠اÙÙØ®ÙÙ 2.
Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hassan ibn Ali ibn Yaqtin from his brother Al-Husayn ibn Ali ibn Yaqtin from his father Ali ibn Yaqtin who has said the following: âAbu al-Hassan, al-Madiy (a.s.), has said, âAllah, most Majestic, most Glorious, has not made wine unlawful because of its name. He has made it unlawful because of its consequences, therefore, whatever, has the same consequence as that of wine, it then is wine.
