Chapter: Compulsion to Drink Wine as Medicine, in Thirst or in Fear (Taqiyah) عÙÙÙÙÙ٠بÙÙÙ Ø¥ÙØ¨ÙØ±ÙØ§ÙÙÙ٠٠عÙÙÙ Ø£ÙØ¨ÙÙÙ٠عÙÙÙ ØÙÙ ÙÙØ§Ø¯Ù عÙÙÙ ØÙرÙÙØ²Ù عÙÙÙ Ø²ÙØ±ÙØ§Ø±ÙØ©Ù عÙÙ٠غÙÙÙØ±Ù ÙÙØ§ØÙد٠ÙÙØ§ÙÙ ÙÙÙÙØªÙ ÙÙØ£ÙبÙÙ Ø¬ÙØ¹ÙÙÙØ±Ù ( عÙÙÙ Ø§ÙØ³ÙØ§Ù ÙØ³ÙØÙ عÙÙÙ٠اÙÙØ®ÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠تÙÙÙÙÙÙØ©Ù ÙÙØ§ÙÙ ÙÙØ§ ÙÙØªÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ Ø«ÙÙÙØ§Ø«Ùة٠ÙÙÙÙØªÙ ÙÙ Ù ÙØ§ ÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙØ§ÙÙ Ø´ÙØ±Ùب٠اÙÙØ®ÙÙ ÙØ±Ù Ø£ÙÙÙ ÙÙØ§ÙÙ Ø´ÙØ±Ùب٠اÙÙÙ ÙØ³ÙØÙ عÙÙÙ٠اÙÙØ®ÙÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙ Ù ÙØªÙØ¹ÙØ©Ù اÙÙØÙØ¬ÙÙ.
He (the Imam) said, âThere is no Taqiyah (caution because of fear) in three things.â I then asked, âWhat are they?â He (the Imam) said, âIt is drinking wine,â or he said, âDrinking intoxicating liquor, wiping on slippers and Mutâah (advantage) of al-Hajj.ââ ØØ³Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (2/275))
