Ali ibn Muhammad has narrated from in a marfu‘ manner the following: “I once said to abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), ‘People say shaving of the head is like causing deformity.’ He (the Imam) said, ‘It is like performing al-‘Umrah for us and deformity for our enemies.’” رفوع - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (22/379))
