Al-Kāfi - The Book of Dresses, Beautification and Kindness ِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْ٠َدَ بْنِ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ عَنِ الْعَبَّاسِ بْنِ ٠ِعْتُ أَبِي يَقُولُ الْعِطْرُ ٠8.

A number of our people have narrated from Ahmad ibn abu ’Abd Allah from Muhammad ibn Ali from al-‘Abbas ibn Musa who has said the following: I heard my father (a.s.), saying, ‘Al-‘Atr (perfume) is of the Sunnah of the messengers (of Allah).”’ ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (22/416))
