Al-Kāfi - The Book of Domestic Animals Chapter: Instigating Animals against each other عَنْهُ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَ٠ِ عَنْ أَبَانٍ عَنْ ٠َعٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلا٠) عَنِ التَّحْرِيشِ بَيْنَ الْبَهَائِ٠ِ فَقَالَ أَكْرَهُ ذَلِكَ إِلَّا الْكِلَابَ. 2.

It is narrated from the narrator of the previous Hadith from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Aban from Misma‘ who has said the following: “I once asked abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), about instigating animals against each other. He (the Imam) said, ‘I dislike it except dogs.’” وثق كالصحيح - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (2/477))
