3.Abu Ali al-Ashâariy has narrated from Muhammad ibn âAbd al-Jabbar from Ali ibn al-Hakam from Sayf ibn âAmirah from Mansur ibn Hazim who has narrated the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âIf a man makes a will in which he appoints his brother as the executor when he is absent, he cannot refuse the appointment for if he was present and refused, another person could have been appointed as the executor.ââ Ø¬ÙÙÙ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/12))
