Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Muhammad ibn al-Husayn from Hakam from al-âAlaâ ibn Razin from Muhammad ibn Muslim who has narrated the following: âAbout the case of a man who when about to die sets free his slave and makes a will but the total is more than one-third of his legacy, abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said, âIt is executed about the setting free of the slave and the deficit falls on the rest of the will.ââ صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/29))
