Chapter: Will in Favor of Mothers of Children ÙÙ٠أÙصÙØÙابÙÙÙا عÙÙ٠أÙØÙÙ ÙÙد٠بÙÙ٠عÙÙسÙ٠عÙÙ٠أÙØÙÙ ÙÙد٠بÙÙ٠أÙبÙÙ ÙÙصÙر٠ÙÙاÙÙ ÙÙسÙØ®Ùت٠٠ÙÙÙ ÙÙتÙاب٠بÙØ®ÙØ·Ù٠أÙبÙ٠اÙÙØÙسÙÙÙ (عÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠اÙسÙÙÙا٠ÙÙÙÙاÙ٠تÙÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠ابÙÙ٠أÙخ٠ÙÙÙÙ ÙÙتÙرÙÙ٠أÙÙ ÙÙ ÙÙÙÙد٠ÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙس٠ÙÙÙÙا ÙÙÙÙد٠ÙÙØ£ÙÙÙصÙÙ ÙÙÙÙا بÙØ£ÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ٠تÙجÙÙز٠اÙÙÙÙصÙÙÙÙØ©Ù ÙÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙع٠عÙÙÙÙÙÙÙا عÙتÙÙÙ ÙÙÙ Ùا ØÙاÙÙÙÙا رÙØ£ÙÙÙÙÙ ÙÙدÙتÙÙÙ ÙÙÙÙسÙÙ ÙÙÙÙتÙب٠(عÙÙÙÙÙÙ٠اÙسÙÙÙا٠) تÙعÙتÙÙÙ ÙÙ٠اÙØ«ÙÙÙÙØ«Ù ÙÙÙÙÙÙا اÙÙÙÙصÙÙÙÙØ©Ù.
It said, âSo and so, your Maxvlaâ (friend), has died leaving behind a son of his brother, a mother of his child who does not have a child but he has assigned in his will one thousand for her; if such will is lawful and if freedom applies to her and her condition.
