6.Through the same chain of narrators as that of the previous Hadith the following is narrated from ibn Faddal from ibn Bukayr from âUbayd ibn Zurarah who has narrated the following: âI once heard abu â Abd Allah (a.s.), saying, âBrothers from the mothersâ side do not bar the mother from one-third of the legacy.ââ ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/141))
