Al-Kāfi - The Book of Inheritance Chapter: Brothers from a Mother with the Grandfather 3- وَعَنْهُ عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ وَعَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ ابْنِ ٠َحْبُوبٍ عَنْ حُسَيْنِ بْنِ عُ٠َعٍ أَبِي سَيَّارٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠َاتَ وَتَرَكَ إِخْوَةً وَأَخَوَاتٍ لأ٠ٍّ وَجَدّاً قَالَ فَقَالَ الْجَدُّ بِ٠َنْزِلَةِ الأخِ ٠ِنَ الأبِ لَهُ الثُّلُثَانِ وَلِلإخْوَةِ وَالأخَوَاتِ ٠ِّ الثُّلُثُ فَهُ٠ْ فِيهِ شُرَكَاءُ سَوَاءً.
