Al-Kāfi - The Book of Inheritance Chapter: Son of a Brother with a Grandfather َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َحْبُوبٍ عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي حَ٠ْزَةَ عَنْ أَبِي بَصِيرٍ قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠َاتَ وَتَرَكَ أَبَاهُ وَعَ٠َّهُ وَجَدَّهُ قَالَ فَقَالَ حَجَبَ الأبُ الْجَدَّ الْ٠ِيرَاثُ لِلأبِ وَلَيْسَ لِلْعَ٠ِّ وَلا لِلْجَدِّ شَيْ‏ءٌ.
