1.Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from ibn abu Najran and Muhammad ibn âIsa from Yunus all from âAsem ibn Humayd from Muhammad ibn Qays who has narrated the following: âAbout the case of a woman who dies leaving behind her husband and no other known heirs, abu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, The entire legacy belongs to the husband.ââ صØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/184))
