4.Al-Husayn from Muhammad has narrated from Muâallaâ ibn Muhammad from certain persons of his people from Aban from âIsmaâil ibn âAbd al-Rahman al-Juâfiy who has narrated the following: âAbout the case of a woman who dies leaving behind just her husband, abu Jaâfar (a.s.), has said, âThe entire legacy belongs to him (the husband) if no other heirs exist.ââ Ø´ÙÙØ± - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirÊ¾Ät al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Shará¸¥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/185))
