Ahmad ibn Muhammad has narrated from Ali ibn al-Hassan al-Tamimiy from his brother Ahmad ibn al-Hassan from his father from Jaâfar ibn Muhammad from ibn Ribat in a marfuâ manner has said, the following: ââAmir al-Muâminin (a.s.), has said, âIf a Dhimmiy (taxpayer) becomes a Muslim when his father is living who has children besides him, then the father dies, the Muslim inherits all of his legacy and his other children and wife do not inherit anything with a Muslim.ââ Ø±ÙÙØ¹ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (23/219))
