Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from ibn abu Najran from âAbd Allah ibn Sinan who has narrated the following: âAbout the case of a man who dies leaving behind a certain amount of assets and a mother who is owned by someone, I once heard abu âAbd Allah (a.s.), saying, âHis mother is bought, then the rest of the legacy is given to her.ââ ØµØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/220))
