Muhammad ibn âIsmaâil has narrated from al-Fadl ibn Shadhan from Safwan from ibn Muskan from Sulayman ibn Khalid who has narrated the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that about the case of a free man who dies and leaves behind his mother who is owned by someone, Amir al-Muâminin would say, âShe is bought with the legacy of her son, then is set free and made to inherit her son.ââ Ø¬ÙÙÙ ÙØ§ÙصØÙØ - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/220))
