Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from Muhammad ibn Yahya from Talhah ibn Zayd who has narrated the following: âAbu âAbd Allah (a.s.), has said that â Amir al-Muâminin determined the share of a Hermaphrodite of inheritance by the manner the person urinated/â (If urine comes from the male organ his inheritance is that which is for a male and if urine comes from the female organ then her share is like the share of a female)/â ÙØ«Ù - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (MirʾÄt al-Ê¿UqÅ«l fÄ« Sharḥ AkhbÄr Äl al-RasÅ«l (3/235))
