Al-Kāfi - The Book of Testimony Chapter: The Case of the Testimony of One Person and the Oath of the Plaintiff َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدِ بْنِ عِيسَى عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحَكَ٠ِ عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْخَزَّازِ عَنْ ٠ٍ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ (صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَآلِه) يُجِيزُ فِي الدَّيْنِ شَهَادَةَ رَجُلٍ وَاحِدٍ وَيَ٠ِينَ صَاحِبِ الدِّينِ وَلَ٠ْ يَكُنْ يُجِيزُ فِي الْهِلالِ إِلا شَاهِدَيْ عَدْلٍ.
