Al-Kāfi - The Book of Adjudication and Rules Chapter: Adjudication Disciplines َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ أَحْ٠َّدٍ عَنِ الْحَجَّالِ عَنْ دَاوُدَ بْنِ أَبِي يَزِيدَ عَ٠ِعَهُ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ إِذَا كَانَ الْحَاكِ٠َنْ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ ٠َا تَقُولُ فَعَلَى ذَلِكَ لَعْنَةُ اللهِ وَالْ٠َلائِكَةِ وَالنَّاسِ أَجْ٠َعِينَ أَلا يَقُو٠َجْلِسِهِ وَتُجْلِسُهُ٠6.

Muhammad ibn Yahya has narrated from Ahmad ibn Muhammad from al-Hajjal from Dawud ibn abu Yazid from the one who had heard from him (the Imam) who has narrated the following: “Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘If a judge, to those on his right or left side, says, “What do you think, what do you say?” He is condemned by Allah, the angels and all people.
