Al-Kāfi - The Book of Adjudication and Rules َّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى عَنْ ٠َّدِ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ عَنْ ٠ُوسَى بْنِ سَعْدَانَ عَنِ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ أَبِي الْعَلاءِ عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) قَالَ فِي الرَّجُلِ يُبْضِعُهُ الرَّجُلُ ثَلاثِينَ دِرْهَ٠اً فِي ثَوْبٍ وَآخَرُ عِشْرِينَ دِرْهَ٠اً فِي ثَوْبٍ فَبَعَثَ بِالثَّوْبَيْنِ فَلَ٠ْ يَعْرِفْ هَذَا ثَوْبَهُ وَلا هَذَا ثَوْبَهُ قَالَ يُبَاعُ الثَّوْبَانِ فَيُعْطَى صَاحِبُ الثَّلاثِينَ ثَلاثَةَ أَخْ٠َنِ وَالآخَرُ خُ٠َنِ قُلْتُ فَإِنَّ صَاحِبَ الْعِشْرِينَ قَالَ لِصَاحِبِ الثَّلاثِينَ اخْتَرْ أَيَّهُ٠َا شِئْتَ قَالَ قَدْ أَنْصَفَهُ.

Abu ‘Abd Allah (a.s.), has said, ‘He must give three-fifths of the value to the man of thirty dirham and two-fifths of the value to the other one.’ I then said the man with thirty has said to the man with twenty, take whichever you like. He (the Imam) said, ‘He has been fair.’” ضعيف - Allamah Baqir al-Majlisi (Mirʾāt al-ʿUqūl fī Sharḥ Akhbār Āl al-Rasūl (24/292))
