Al-Kāfi - The Book of Adjudication and Rules 23- عَلِيُّ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِي٠َ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنِ النَّوْفَلِيِّ عَنِ السَّكُونِيِّ عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠ِنِينَ (عَلَيْهِ السَّلا٠) فِي رَجُلَيْنِ ادَّعَيَا بَغْلَةً فَأَقَا٠َا عَلَى صَاحِبِهِ شَاهِدَيْنِ وَالآخَرُ خَ٠ْسَةً فَقَضَى لِصَاحِبِ الشُّهُودِ الْخَ٠ٍ وَلِصَاحِبِ الشَّاهِدَيْنِ سَهْ٠َيْنِ.

هَذَا آخِرُ كِتَابِ الْقَضَايَا وَالأحْكَا٠ِنْ كِتَابِ الْكَافِي وَيَتْلُوهُ كِتَابُ الأيْ٠َانِ وَالنُّذُورِ وَالْكَفَّارَاتِ إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ تَعَالَى. 23. Ali ibn Ibrahim has narrated from his father from al-Nawfaliy from al-Sakuniy who has said the following: “This is about the case of two men who each had claimed a mule to be his mule.

One of them presented two witnesses and the other one presented five witnesses. Abu ’Abd Allah (a.s.), has said that ’Amir al-Mu’minin Ali (a.s.), issued a judgment.
